1.1 Brief Introduction

The system has consists two level, including front-end collection layer and centralized management layer.

1.1.1 Front-end Collection Layer

Front-end collection devices are used for data collection and transmission of field monitoring equipment. SiteMate II and SitePro II are mainly used for data collection in the project. Distributed cabling is used to monitor the data of each device. Collect parameters such as UPS, Distribution, precision air con, generator,Locating Water leakage,Battery, Temperature/Humidity, Smoke sensor, Non-Locating water leakage, Door Contact Sensor, video monitoring, digital coulometer, circuit breaker switch status, and access control host, and accurately measure related intelligent device and environment parameters and status. The data is transmitted to IPpower Plus host through TCP/IP protocol.

2.1.2 Centralized Management Layer

The centralized management layer is the center of the whole system. With IPpower Plus centralized monitoring and management platform as the core, it can display and manage the parameters, status and environmental conditions of intelligent devices collected by the front-end collection layer in a unified manner in real time.

Centralized operation and maintenance management of multiple local organizations, branches, and branches can be implemented to display the device status of multiple local organizations, branches, and branches in real time. When the monitoring device is abnormal, the system sends alarms by email, SHORT message, sound, light, or phone, helping the management personnel handle the fault in time.Improves the safety and reliability of the equipment room and saves the cost of manual maintenance. The operation interface of the system is simple and intuitive, and the connection between the user and the monitoring equipment is realized.

2.2 System Architecture

2.3 System Function

1. Device monitoring: UPS, precision PDC, common PDC, precision air conditioner, single battery monitoring, environment monitoring (temperature and humidity, common air conditioner, air conditioner/new fan switch status, smoke sensor, non-positioning water leakage), access control, and video monitoring.

2. Alarm management: Multi-level closed-loop alarm notification with multiple notification modes.

3. Energy consumption management: energy efficiency index, multi-dimensional energy consumption statistics.

4. Report management: Alarm statistics, historical data analysis, and report customization.

5. Third-party interface: Supports various interface protocols for quick access by third-party systems.
